Local Pickup
When you arrive to pick up your order, our friendly team will show you the order to make sure you are happy with it before it is boxed and handed to you.
Do You Accept Returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once your order has left our store.
We do not offer refunds or credits to orders that are not picked up on the scheduled pickup date. Unclaimed items are considered forfeited, and we will proceed with donating the cookies to a charitable cause.
If you encountered an issue with your order, please email happy@chokolatte.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right. For any issues/questions relating to merchandise, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery for help.
